The nearest airport is conveniently far from the holiday home, so no annoying airplane noises. The towels provided were so luxurious that I could almost pretend I was in a fancy spa.
Oh, how I loved the lack of any mention of air conditioning. Who needs a cool and comfortable night's sleep anyway?

We had a fantastic stay at the villa! the location was perfect for visiting the Eden Project, and the owners were incredibly accommodating by preparing the house early for our wedding. the rooms were charming and full of character, and the kitchen provided ample space for all of us to gather for meals. the beds were comfortable, the showers were relaxing, and the upstairs lounge was a great place for us to enjoy a movie together. the gardens were absolutely beautiful and offered privacy, making it a truly delightful stay. We would love to come back and stay longer next time!
Absolutely nothing! 😊.

Located near various activities and not far from the Eden Project, Roselyn House offers a spacious home with a large kitchen and comfy beds. the showers are relaxing with plenty of hot water. the house also has an awesome upstairs lounge where guests can gather for a movie night. the garden is beautiful and provides a private space to enjoy. the owners are accommodating and even went out of their way to prepare the house early for a wedding.
The entrance door and patio could use a power wash to prevent tracking dirt into the house.

The house is spacious, with a large kitchen for gatherings and comfortable beds. The showers had plenty of hot water and the upstairs lounge was great for watching movies together. The location was convenient, not far from various activities and had beautiful gardens to enjoy.
There were a few cleanliness issues, such as a dirty fridge and a need for a thorough hoovering. The house smelled damp downstairs and there were signs of damp in the shower room.

The house is located in a lovely area, close to a fish and chip shop and a Co-op supermarket, making it convenient for meals and supplies. the bedrooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing plenty of room. the house also offers two bathrooms, which is a bonus for larger groups. the garden is beautiful and provides a private and relaxing space.
One of the negative aspects is the lack of cleanliness in the attic, as it was described as dusty by a previous guest.

The house was in a great location, close to many activities and attractions. The spaciousness of the house allowed our family to comfortably stay and enjoy our time together. The gardens were a highlight, providing a beautiful and private outdoor space for us to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The attic was quite dusty and made some of us ill, and one of the bedrooms had damp and smelly bedding.
